Available Wednesday-Saturday. Hours are listed directly on the booking site. (Which can be accessed below) If you want to stop by and purchase a product or customized giftcard, please choose the “pick up giftcard or product” option located on the online booking site. This is to ensure that I will be in the studio and available to assist you. If you stop by to purchase a gift card without scheduling a time, I may be in a service and will not be able to accomodate you. Cancellation Policy: 

A 50% cancellation fee is charged for no shows and cancellations made within less than 24 hours. Alot goes into the preparation for each service that is offered.  Please understand that this time is allocated especially for you. If you end up cancelling your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time with someone who is on my waitlist. Products and laundering materials also go to waste. Please remain mindful of this to avoid any unwanted cancellation fees.

Parking and Directions:
On street parking is available along York Road.  There is also a free parking lot at the rear of Red Barn Mall.  To access the parking lot from York Road, turn onto Lehman Avenue at the TD Bank.  Make a right turn onto Bank Street and follow into the parking lot
